> Lodgeic is an AI budgeting, forecasting and analytics platform for hotel portfolios. It connects PMS, POS, RMS, payroll and accounting data into one live view of every property, drafts the full P&L budget in minutes, checks the forecast against actuals every day, and drafts month-end variance commentary — with every AI change approved by your team.

Lodgeic is built for hotel owners, operators, management companies and their finance, revenue and operations teams, from a single property to large multi-property portfolios. Most portfolios go live in about 30 days: Lodgeic does the integration work, and GMs spend about 15 minutes routing their reports. Payroll and accounting data refresh throughout the day (roughly every two hours), so nothing is re-keyed.
